HOW IT WORKS

The TLC Weight Loss Coaching Program is geared toward women of a "certain age" who wish to lose weight while becoming healthier, more vibrant, and more energetic.

 

 

​You are an intelligent, open-minded, mature woman who wants to move into your later years looking good, and feeling healthy and vibrant. 

 

You feel frustrated because you have tried several weight loss programs but your success has been temporary and you eventually regained the weight.

 

Struggles with food cravings, emotional eating, and portion control make the journey even more challenging, and you are ready for a positive approach to weight loss - one that builds self-respect, confidence, and optimism for lasting success.

The TLC Weight Loss Coaching process is built on the premise that everyone is on a unique journey, with distinctive visions, goals and challenges.​ It emphasizes five key principles: 

 

  1. Prioritizing real, minimally processed foods to provide essential nutrients, boost energy, and support overall well-being  

  2. Practicing mindful eating to enhance digestion and prevent overeating 

  3. Managing stress through techniques like deep breathing, meditation and hypnosis to curb emotional eating 

  4. Incorporating regular physical activity suited to individual fitness levels to support weight loss and general health

  5. Using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to address cravings and emotional triggers, fostering a healthier relationship with food and overall well-being.

I have combined my extensive knowledge in nutrition and exercise with my training as a personal trainer, health and wellness coach, hypnotherapist, and Emotional Freedom Techniques practitioner to develop the TLC Weight Loss Coaching Program. By using a multi-faceted approach I can help you lose weight and keep it off so that you can move into your later years with enthusiasm, joy, and optimal well-being.

What is Coaching?

Health and wellness coaching is a client-centered approach that supports you in achieving your health goals through personalized guidance, motivation, and accountability. As your coach I can help you develop sustainable lifestyle habits in areas like nutrition, fitness, stress management, and overall well-being, empowering you to make positive, lasting changes for a healthier life.

As your coach my purpose and my promise is to:

  • Assist you in identifying your goals and challenges

  • Provide a non-judgmental space to explore and successfully manage any hidden obstacles that might be sabotaging your weight loss efforts

  • Help you create an action plan tailored to your unique needs and preferences, including nutrition guidance, exercise recommendations, and lifestyle changes, all crafted to be sustainable and realistic.

  • Provide the guidance, motivation, accountability, and support you need to achieve and maintain your ideal weight.

 

Ultimately, this process will empower you to take ownership of your health in a way that feels manageable and sustainable, instead of restrictive or overwhelming. This support can make all the difference between short-term dieting and lasting lifestyle change, blending practical tools with emotional and motivational support.

TLC Weight Loss Group

Experience the warmth, encouragement and support that a small group setting can provide on your weight loss journey. Classes occur in the Eastern MA area. 

​

Fee: $160

One on One Coaching

​

Enjoy the individualized and focused attention of one to one coaching. Sessions occur weekly via Zoom.

 

Option 1:

24 Sessions: Sessions occur weekly for 24 weeks.

Fee: $1,400

 

Option 2:

12 Sessions: Sessions occur weekly for 12 weeks.

Fee: $780

Note: Most sessions are one hour long.
